4 egg yolks and 2/3c cold water, beat 5 minutes. Add 1 1/4c sugar and beat 4 minutes. Gradually add
1 1/2c flour, 1/4ts salt. Blen in 1tsp vanilla. Beat 4 egg whites and 1tsp cream of tarter. Fold into mixtue bake 60 minutes at 325.
