     Meatballs with Apple Chutney

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
.5 cup bread crumbs
1 egg
2tblsp minced onions
3 oz blue cheese
Apple Chutney-
2tbsp olive oil
1.5 c chopped onions
Cook items above for 10 minutes
 
3 c granny smith apples, peeled and cored
1/3 balsamic vinegar
2tbsp honey
Cover over med heat till most liquid evaporated and add
2/3 c water to skillet and simmer 20 min

Instructions
Roll meatball mixture into little balls of meat about the size of a ping pong ball. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat for 8-10 minutes. Once the meat is done, toss with the chutney mixture.
