     Low Fat Pizza

1 cup of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup warm water
1/3 tsp yeast
1 tsp olive oil
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 cup pizza sauce
34 turkey pepperoni slices
1 cup part-skim mozzerella cheese

Mix water, yeast and oil together. Add flour and salt, combining until dough forms a ball. Place in bowl covered with plastic wrap, and let rise for one hour.
Roll dough to about 12-14 inches. Put on a well floured surface for transferring to pizza stone, if using one. (if you have a pizza paddle, even better) Otherwise, flatten dough in pizza pan. Add your toppings, and bake for 7-8 minutes, or until it's as you like it.
Tip- If you are using a pizza stone, get it really hot before using it. Your crust will be crisp. Set your oven as hot as it will go to about 30 minutes before cooking pizza.
