     Raspberry Swirl Cheesecake

1 Honey maid graham cracker pie crust
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese - softened
1 egg
1 tblsp. raspberry preserves
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 cup fresh raspberries

Beat cream cheese and egg to make your batter. Pour batter on the crust
In a separate bowl mix raspberry preserves and lemon juice, spoon of the preserves over the batter, then pour remaining batter into the pan.
Spoon rest of the preserves on the top of the batter and cut through batter with a knife to create marble effect.
Bake at 325 for 55 mins
Serving Suggestions
Chill and top with fresh raspberries or sliced strawberries
