8 eggs mixed with 2 1/2 - 3 cups milk

1 can mushrooms - drained

salt and pepper

10 slices bread

1 lb colby jack or cheddar cheese

1 lb. sausage, browned and cooled, Jimmy Dean spicy is excellent

1 can cream of mushroom and 1/2 cup milk

Instructions |

|
In 9x13 pan cube bread, put cheese on top, sausage, mushrooms. Top with beaten eggs and milk. Add salt and pepper as needed. Refrigerate overnight.

|
Mix cream of mushroom and milk and add to top of egg mixture. Let sit out for 1/2 hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 1.5 hours.
