     Corn and Squash Soup

Ingredients
12 slices bacon - cooked
1 onion chopped
1 celery chopped
2 Tbls flour
14 oz. chicken stock
6 cups cooked and mashed squash
2 - 8 oz. cream corn
2 cups 1/2 and 1/2
1 Tbls. Parsley
 
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp pepper

Instructions
Saute onion and celery in oil until tender. Add stock and flour and thicken. Add bacon, squash, corn, 1/2 and 1/2, parsley, salt and pepper until mixture is thickened and warm.
