     Antipasto Cous Cous

Ingredients
1 pkg Near East Cous Cous (tri-color best)
1/4 cup each- marinated mushrooms, chopped artichoke hearts
1/4 cup each- olive and feta salad, chopped yellow peppers from olive bar
2 Tbl fresh basil, minced
salt and pepper, to taste
 

Instructions
Prepare the cous cous according to the package directions. Suggest using equal parts chicken broth to cous cous.
Toss the remaining ingredients with the prepared cous cous and serve hot or chilled.
