     Warm Chocolate Melting Cake

Ingredients
8 oz. semisweet chocolate
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
7 eggs, divided use
6 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 cup flour
Powdered sugar to dust
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt chocolate & butter, cool 10 minutes. In separate bowl, mix 4 eggs with sugar. Whisk. Add flour & whisk. Add remaining 3 eggs. Add egg mixture to chocolate mixture.
Pour into individual ramekins. Bake until just done 15-20 minutes, interior will be melting. Dust with powdered sugar, serve warm. Serve alone or with vanilla ice cream, if desired.
This was Leilani & Maya's favorite, favorite thing to eat on a cruise, only available in the dining room at night. They liked this so much that Leilani went to formal dinner one night alone, the rest of us were exhausted from a day in port... for a multi course, fancy dinner, and this for dessert!
