     Oatmeal Bread

3 cups all purpose flour
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 cups quick cooking oatmeal
2 pkg rapid rise yeast
1/2 cup honey
1 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup oil
2 large eggs
2 cups water

Put flour, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, oatmeal and yeast into electric mixer bowl and mix well.
Add remaining ingredients to dry ingredients in mixer bowl. Add more flour if needed. Knead on floured surface, adding flour if needed.
Put dough on a flat surface and knead on a floured surface until firm and smooth. Put into a greased bowl, cover and let rise until doubled. Pour batter into 2 greased loaf pans.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes or until top is lightly browned.
