Combine all ingredients in heavy saucepan. Cook and
stir for 10 minutes (Medium heat) until peanuts are
coated with syrup. Spread on greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 300, 15 minutes. Stir and bake 15 minutes
more. _Watch carefully_
