     Jim McGinty's Belgian Potatoes

Ingredients
6 lg. potatoes
1/2 c. butter
3 T. dry white wine
1 tsp. onion powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
Parsley flakes
 

Instructions
Peel and quarter potatoes. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add potatoes, wine, onion powder, salt & pepper. Cover and cook over low heat 45 minutes, stir occasionally. Add parsley flakes and serve.
