     Crepes (or All-Over-the-Pan Pancakes)

Ingredients
1 egg for each 2 pancakes
a little milk
1 T. flour for each egg
salt
sugar
butter
 

Instructions
Put everything but butter in a blender. In a hot skillet, or crepe pan, melt butter. Pour in about a 4 inch round of batter. Tilt pan to spread around. As soon as bottom begins to brown flip over with a spatula. Cook for a few more seconds, roll up and serve.
Top with powdered sugar and freshly squeezed lemon juice or any homemade jam of your choice.
