     Sour Cream Crunchy Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 cube butter
1 c. sugar
2 lg. eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour cream
 
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Instructions
Cream butter, add sugar, eggs, & vanilla. Mix dry ingredients together and add to egg mixture, alternating with sour cream. Pour half the batter into a well buttered tube pan (or any cake pan). Sprinkle over it half of the nut/sugar/cinnamon filling. Place remaining batter over filling, then sprinkle top with rest of filling.
Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
