     Eggs Lorraine

Ingredients
1 pound sausage (RB Rice)
8-10 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 pound cheese
salt
pepper
 

Instructions
Brown sausage. Spray 9X13 pan with cooking spray. Layer bottom with cheese. Break eggs over cheese and prick eggs with a fork. Spoon milk and salt and pepper (to taste) over eggs. Layer sausage on top of eggs and add another layer of cheese.
Cover with foil and bake 20 minutes at 350. Take off foil and bake 20 more minutes. Can be made the night before.
