Cut up chicken into pieces and coat with flour, 1tsp of dressing mix and pepper.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and cook chicken. Remove to a plate
Add remaining 1 tbsp oil and saute peppers and onions until lightly browned.
Stir in rest of salad dressing, cauliflower and 3/4 cup water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat then cover and simmer 2-3 minutes. Add chicken and shredded parm cheese.
