1 cup of diced peppers - green, red, yellow and/or orange
1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Optional - a can of diced chilis
1 quart size cart of EggBeaters
Instructions
Spray the crock pot with pam. Starting with the frozen hash browns, layer the ingredients, repeating twice. Shake the EggBeaters well and pour over the top.
Cook on WARM overnight, turn to LOW when you get up if needed.
Serve with salsa and fresh fruit
