Add butter, sugar and salt to scalded milk. Dissolve yeast in water and add to cooled milk. Add eggs and 1 1/2 c. flour. Beat very well.

Add rest of flour. Knead until smooth and elastic. Let rest a few minutes. Divide dough into 2 parts.

Roll into a circle about 1/4 inch thick. Cut each circle into 16 wedges. Starting at the wide outside edge, roll twards the point. Pinch the point to the roll and place on a greased cookie sheet.

Let rise until very light. Leave plenty of room between each roll. Bake 12-15 minutes at 375 degrees.
