Clean mushrooms and remove stems and fringe from
mushroom caps. Dice stems and put aside.
Filling- Saute quarter drop of olive oil, onions,
sausage, pepper, mushroom stems and carlic until
sasage is completely cooked. Season with salt and
parmesan.
Spoon filling into each mushroom. Place on prepared
baking sheet and sprinkle with mozzarella. Back 15-
20 min until mushrooms are lightly browned and
tender.
