Carrot ginger broth-
combine first 5 ingredients. Reduce by half.
thicken with slurry

Season shrimp, sear in wok or sauté pan
Add vegetables and fried tofu
add 4 ounces of carrot ginger broth
sauté quickly for 2 minutes.

Place the parchment paper inside of
a mixing bowl. Gently add stir fry
in the center. Wrap the parchment
paper like a beggars purse. Place in 350
oven for 1 minute to brown paper.

|
Use a pair of scissors' to cut open parchment paper
tableside. The aroma is great. Use chopsticks
to eat.
