     Sayur lodeh / lontong

Ingredients
To blend - 10 dried chillies
2 large onions
2 cloves garlic
1 inch live tumeric and galanggal
1 inch ginger
2 spoons of udang kering
2 spoons of ikan bilis
For gravy - 2 serai
10 prawns peeled
 
0.5 Lettuce
8 Long bean
1 Carrot
Fried tofu
Tofu
Tempe (fried)
3 coconuts - milk
Fucuk

Instructions
Fry the blended items until fragrant. Add prawns. Fry, then add the coconut milk and heat until boiling.
Add the chopped lettuce, carrots and long beans. Cook until soft. Add the rest of the items in the last 10 minutes.
Serve with lontong, hard boiled eggs, sambal, serunding and kuah kacang.
Other items added to gravy include so-un, cubed potatoes
