10 prawns peeled

3 coconuts - milk

Instructions |
|
|
Fry the blended items until fragrant. Add prawns. Fry, then
add the coconut milk and heat until boiling.
|
|
|
Add the chopped lettuce, carrots and long beans. Cook until
soft. Add the rest of the items in the last 10 minutes.
|
|
|
Serve with lontong, hard boiled eggs, sambal, serunding and
kuah kacang.
|
|
|
Other items added to gravy include so-un, cubed potatoes
|
