     Korean beef Stir-Fry

Ingredients
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp rice wine or dry white wine
1 tsp asian sesame oil
3 cloves garlic finely chopped
1lb flank steak, sliced thin against grain
1 tbsp oil
4 scallions finely chopped
1 tbsp sesame seed
 

Instructions
Whisk soy sauce, wine, sesame oil, and garlic in bowl. All steak and toss to coat. Let stand 10 minutes.
Stir fry in hot pan with oil until loses pink color 2-3 minutes. Stir in scallions and sesame seeds.
