     Teriyaki Chicken

Ingredients
4 chiken breast or 6 thighs
1 small bag of baby carrots
1 20 oz. can chunked pineapple
1/2 large red onion cut into chunks
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup teriyaki sause
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Layer vegetables, fruit, and garlic first. Then add chicken on top
Drizzel teriyaki sauce over the chicken, add salt and pepper to taste
Cover and cook on low for 8 hrs.
Serve over white rice
