     Cheesecake for a Crowd

Ingredients
1 pkg. White cake mix
2 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 ½ cup powdered sugar
1 (8 oz) carton cool whip, thawed
2 (16oz) cans pie filling (you choose the flavor- cherry, raspberry, etc.)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two 9 x 13” pans.
Prepare cake mix according to package direction and pour half of the cake batter in each pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until cake tests are done.
COOL. Whip cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Add cool whip Spread mixture onto both cakes.
Spread pie filling on top of cream cheese. Refrigerate till ready to serve.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 24 to 30 servings
