     Streusel Cream Cheese Cake

Ingredients
Batter-
1 c. butter/margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
Filling-
 
2 (8oz) pkgs. Cream cheese
1 egg
c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Streusel topping-
c. sugar
c. flour
2 tbsp. butter

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
For Batter cram butter and sugar, add eggs and beat well. Add dry ingredients stir well. Spread 2/3 of batter into flat bottom of Springform pan.
Blend filling ingredients and spread evenly over batter. Spread remaining batter on the top of the filling.
for Streusel topping take the ingredients and mix them to a coarse crumb texture. Sprinkle with streusel topping. Bake for 45 minutes or bake until golden brown.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with whip cream and fruit topping (optional)
