2 cups white large beans, soaked in water for the night
1/4 cup olive oil
50 gr butter
2 onions, sliced thin
4 cloves of garlic
1 grated carrot
3 cellary sticks, sliced thin
4 tomatoes
salt, black pepper, spicy paprika
8 cups water
200 gr pasta
with Parmesan cheese

in large pot heat oil, add all vegetables except tomatoes and beans, steam for 10 min. stir from time to time.
add tomatoes, beans, salt, pepper, paprika and water. cook for 2 hours on small fire. before serving add pasta and cook for another 15 min.
