Ingredients
2 jars pitted cherries in light syrup
1/2 cup sugar
3 cups water
1 cup of dessert muskat wine
juice from 1/2 a lemon
1 sweet shamenet
for serving 1-2 cups of sour shamenet
 
Instructions
put in pot cherries, sugar, water, wine and lemon. bring to a boil and cook for 3 min.
add sweet shamenet and stir till forms a soup and cook for 4 min till the soup is a little thick. Chill and serve with sour shamenet.
