     Baby Mush (Swiss name Malrie)

Ingredients
gal. Milk
2 eggs beaten well
2 c. sugar
c. flour mix with water to make thin running paste.
1 tsp vanilla
 

Instructions
Warm milk and sugar on stove. When mixture comes to boil add flour mixture very slowly. Add beaten eggs very-very slowly. Add vanilla. Mixture will thicken. Dish out on flat plates and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
(Alternative way of making it) Pull out a double boil pan. Put water in the bottom half. Combine the following ingredients into the top one. Milk ( from the top of the pan) Mix 4 eggs in a bowl and put in about 1 cup of flour. Mix it add to cup additional milk in with the eggs and cook until thick. When done dish onto plates and sprinkle with the desired amount of cinnamon and sugar.
