     Keilbasa Potatoes and Sauerkraut

Ingredients
2 keilbasa sliced
new potatoes diced ( I eyeball even amount to keilbasa )
16 oz. of sauerkraut
salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Mix together and cook on low 6-8 hrs. I usually add chicken broth 1/2-1 cup to bottom of crok pot
