Sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon into a large bowl.

Add sugar, oil and eggs and mix well. Add carrots pineapple, nuts and coconut blending thoroughly.
|
|
|
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 in. round pans or other pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
|
|
|
Cool in pan a few minutes then turn out on a wire rack. Frost with Cream Cheese frosting when thoroughly cool.
