     Cinnamon Crumb Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 t. baking powder
1/4 c. canola oil
1 egg
1/2 c. orange juice
1 t. vanilla extract
Crumb Topping
1/2 c. flour
 
1/4 c. sugar
3 T. margarine
1 t. cinnamon
Instructions
Mix topping in bowl with fork. Set aside.
Mix together all cake ingredients. Spread into greased 9 in. square pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Served with coffee or orange juice and fresh fruit
