     Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

Ingredients
6-8 med. potatoes peeled and sliced
1-11/2 lbs leftover ham
1 med. onion sliced
1 can of cream of mushroom soup ( 2 cans if you like it real creamy )
1/2 can of water
1 cup shredded cheese ( if you use 2 cans of soup you might want to use more cheese )
2 tbs flour
black pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Spray crock pot with cooking spray
Layer potatoes, onion 1tbs flour, pepper, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 of ham. Repeat layer. Pour water over the top
Cover cook on low 6-8 hrs.
