|

1 no. 2 can tomatoes
|

1/4 pound grated cheese
|

1/4 cup oil
|

1/2 cup sliced onion
|
|
1/2 cup celery
|

3/4 lbs. ground beef
|
|
1/4 cup green pepper, thinly sliced
|
|
2 Tbs. soy sauce
|
|
|
|
1/2 tsp. chili powder
|
|
1 Tbs. salt
|
|
1 tsp. sugar
|
|
1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions |

|
Cook, drain and rinse noodles.
Return to cooking pan.
|

Add 1 can tomatoes and cheese.
Stir over low heat until cheese is melted.

Heat oil in skillet.
Add next 4 ingredients and simmer over low heat until soft and lightly browned.
(onion, celery,green pepper, ground beef)

|
Add soy sauce, chili powder, salt, sugar, pepper to the meat mixture.
Combine with noodle mixture.
