Grease bottom and 1/2 inch up side of a 8x4x2 loaf pan, set aside. In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg, set aside.
In another mixing bowl combine sugar, shredded zucchini, cooking oil, and egg, mix well. Add dry mixture to zucchini mixture. Stir just till moistened. Fold in walnuts.
Sppon batter into the prepared pan. Bake in 350 oven for 55 to 60 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool in the pan on wire rack for 10 minutes. Remove loaf from pan. Cool completly on the wire rack.
