     Funeral Potatoes

Ingredients
1 2lb bag of cubed hash browns
8oz cubed velveeta
16 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 lb bacon cooked and crumbled
1 lg onion chopped
1/4 cup butter
1/4 tsp pepper
 
Instructions
Place hash browns in an ungreased crock pot
Combine rest of ingredients in bowl and pour over hash browns
Cover and cook on low 4-5 hrs. until potatoes are tender
