     Chicken Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
2 1/2 lbs cut up chicken (breast, thighs, drums)
4 C veggies cut 1in pcs (carrots, celery, zuch, squash, onion)
2 T mustard
1 T olive oil
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp thyme, celery salt, pepper, and salt
6oz spaghetti, bow ties, or linguine
 

Instructions
In a 13x9 Baking Pan combine veg and onion. In a large bowl stir mustard and oil drizzle 2 tbs over veggies and sprinkle with seasoning.
Arrange chicken bone side down on top of veggies brush chicken with remaining oil mix.
Bake uncovered 350 1 hour or until chk is tender. Cook pasta and drain. Mix with chicken and veggies n juice from chk. Sprinkle with parmesan
