     Oatmeal-Raisin Cookies

3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon groung cinnamon
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups oats
1 cup raisins

In a large mixing bowl beat butter with electric mixer on medium to high speed fo 30 seconds. Add brown sugar, granulated sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Beat until combine, scraping sides of bowl occasionall. Beat in the eggs and vanilla till combined. Beat in as much flour as you can with mixer. Stir remaining flour. Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop dought by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on a ungreased cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 oven for 10 to 12 minutes or till edges are golden. Cool on a wire rack.
