     Meat Brick

Ingredients
2 pound of ground beef
1/2 chopped green pepper
1/2 chooped onion
2 cups chopped smoked ham
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 salt
1 tablespoon seasoning salt
2 cups crushed saltine crackes
2 eggs
 
16 oz cream chesse

Instructions
Grease a 7x3x2 loaf pan, set aside. In a large mixing bowl add ground beef, pepper, onion, smoked ham, pepper, salt, seasoning salt, crackers, and eggs, mix well. Add halp meat mixture in loaf pan pat flat. Spread cream chesse over top. Spread rest of meat mixture on top of cream chesse.
Bake in a 350 oven for 50 minutes or till no pink remains.
