     Texas Caviar

Ingredients
2 Cans shoepeg corn (look by canned corn)
1 can black eyed peas
1 can sliced black olives drained
2 cups chopped bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
1 cup chopped green onions
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup vegetable oil
 
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cider vinegar

Instructions
Boil together oil, sugar and vinegar. Make sure you cool it completely. After is is cool pour mixture over the vegie mix and marinade overnight. When you are ready to eat or go pour mixture into strainer and drain off oil mixture and put in container.
Serve with chips
