     CHERRY CONGEALED SALAD

Ingredients
2 - 3 oz. pkg. cherry gelatin
2 cups water, hot
1 - 21 oz can cherry pie filling
1 small can pineapple, crushed (do not drain)
Topping-
 
1 - 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple and cherry pie filling; let jell.
Topping- Beat together all ingredients. Spread over congealed salad.
Serving Suggestions
Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving. Will keep several days.
