I use kidney,butter beans, pork and beans and great norther beans.
For larger family use larger cans of beans

Brown meat with onion and pepper. Drain fat.

|
Empty cans of beans in a crock-pot. Do not stir.
Put meat on top of beans.
Pour 1 cup barbecue sauce on top of meat.

|
Cover. cook on high for 1 hour. Stir, reduce heat to low and cook for another 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
