Spread half of the graham cracker quarters with peanut butter; top with remianing crackers. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and shortening; stir until smooth. coat crackers by dipping in chocolate; place on a waxed paper-lined pan. refrigerate until set.
