     Cheesey potato casserole

Ingredients
1 lb kielbasa
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup red bell pepper
1 cup milk
1 20 oz. pkg southwestern style hash browns ( thawed )
10 eggs
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
 
Instructions
Spray crock pot with non-stick spray. Heat large skillet over med-high heat.Cook sausage and onion until sausage is brown, drain stir in red pepper
Place 1/3 potatoes in crock pot, top with 1/2 sausage mixture. Repeat layers.
Whisk eggs and milk. Pour over potatoes. Cook on low 6-7 hrs. Turn off crock pot. Add cheese let stand 10 min.
