In a medium bowl, combine the pudding mix and milk and stir with a wire whisk until thickened. Fold in half the whipped topping and set aside.
Break up the brownies into small pieces and place half in the bottom of a large glass serving bowl. Cover with the pudding mixture, then half the candy.
