Ingredients
1and a half to 2 lbs. of hamburger
1lb approx. of ground sweet itallion sausage
3-4 cans of hunts garlic and herb spaghetti sauce
1 lg. can of sliced olives
1 lb, or more of fresh mushrooms
1 sweet onion, walla walla if available
lg handful of fresh minced garlic
a lot of garlic salt, approx- quarter cup, taste as you add to not over salt
a lot of pepper, covering the top of meat

spaghettin noodles
margarine
more fresh garlic minced.
1 lg. can of whole peeled tomatoes, or 3-4 fresh tomatoes

Instructions
use large pot, use medium or a little higher heat to brown hamburger meat, sausage, chop onions up small hint- (cut onion in half to use, run under cold water, leave cold water running then your eyes won't water while chopping them.) add onions, fresh garlic, pepper, when meat cooked, drain grease, add a little more fresh garlic and garlic salt. When putting meat in, also have another large pot, with water and a little oil in water on high, when boils, add noodles, turn heat down to between medium high and medium, takes about 10-12 minutes to cook, taste test, immediately strain noodles and run under hot water, noodles will still cook some, so don't let them cook to much before removing them, add some margarine and fresh garlic and garlic salt to noodles. they are ready to serve
open cans of sauce and olives, and tomoatoes, use spatula to kinda crush up tomatoes add and stir well, cut mushrooms into fourths and add, lower heat under medium a couple notches, let simmer, until mushrooms are cooked, then ready to serve, I leave sauce on low until finished eating, the longer they simmer the better the taste for leftovers.
