2 sticks butter
|

2 cp sugar

2 eggs

2 cp flour sifted

1 tsp soda

1/4 tsp salt

4 ripe bananas

1 cp pecans chopped

Instructions |
|
|
Cream butter, add sugar by hand.Add eggs, stir by hand. Add flour,soda and salt,mix.Add bananas and nuts, mix well.

|
Bake in sprayed loaf pans, 3/4 full, bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
|
|
|
Icing-optional- mix powdered sugar,butter and vanilla to taste, gently drizzle over the top of bread.
