1 10oz. can diced tomatoes with green chili peppers
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 8oz. bag nacho-flavor tortilla chips( might need a bigger bag of chips)
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chili powder
1 small onion
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Brown meat and onion and drain fat, season with salt and pepper, chili powder. Stir in tomatoes and soup
Cover the bottom and sides of a 9 by 13 baking dish with the nacho chips. Pour in meat mixture. Top with remaining nacho chips and cover with shredded cheese
Bake 15-20 min or until cheese is lightly brown
