While it is simmering, put olive oil into a pan, heat gently and add chopped chicken breasts and garlic to the mix.
When chicken is cooked, add pesto, cream and wine. Continue cooking. When it comes into a certain amount add parmazan cheese. Gradually add spinich until it wilts, mix all together.
When pasta has finished cooking, add together and serve with fresh garlic bread.
