Thoroughly grease a 9 square or 11x7 pan and line with foil. In
large bowl combine crushed crackers, coconut and milk.
Place top of double boiler over hot water. Place butter and melt.
Add sugar and cocoa; stir. Add egg and stir just till blended and
smooth.
Remove top of double boiler immediately so butter doesn't
separate. Pour over crumb nut mixture and blend thoroughly.
Spread in prepared pan and chill.
In mixer bowl, combine butter powdered sugar, dessert powder,
vanilla and milk. Beat to blend. Spread on chilled layer. Chill
Combine chocolate and butter melt in microwave. (stir after 30
seconds, check every 10) Spread chocolate over pudding layer. Chill
