Preheat oven to 350. Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, and
baking soda in large bowl (or cuisinart). Cut butter into flour
mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Reserve 2 c of crumb
mixture; set aside.Press remaining crumb mixture into 10x15
pan (I use stoneware baking dish). Bake 10 minutes. Spoon
caramel sauce over crust, carefully spreading to edges.Sprinkle
chocolate chips evenly over mixture. Sprinkle the reserved crumb
mixture on top. Bake 15 minutes tipp golden brown and bubbly.
Cool.
