2 1/2 C herb croutons
2 C shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb pork sausage
6 eggs
3/4 tsp dry mustard
2 1/2 C milk
1 can mushroom soup
1 small can muchrooms
salt and pepper to taste

Brown sausage, drain. Put croutons in buttered 9X13 pan that has been greased. Spread with cheese then sausage. Beat eggs and add seasonings, milk, mushrooms and soup. Pour over sausage. refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 for 1 - hours or until set.
Serving Suggestions
Great for brunch served with fruit and muffins.
